Yes. Statistics have clearly shown that interracial violence isn't as huge an issue as intra-racial violence. The person most likely to end their life will be their husband or boyfriend.

Black men have clear constraints on their behavior towards white women (with at least one of those constraints being the violence of white men). On the other hand, Black men have no such constraints against harming Black women.

Every time I hear white women talking about their fear of violence of men, I correct them to say white men since those are the ones that have the most access to them.
