Yeah, nonviolent men benefit from the violent ones keeping women in line. The threat of a man possibly becoming violent keeps “all women” afraid to do and say certain things, things like saying no when asked for a phone number by a stranger, and a woman gives it because they’ve heard the horror stories of women getting hurt for saying no to a man.

Just because they are not actually violent themselves, doesn’t mean they don’t derive benefit from other men committing violence.
