Yeah, I'm another one who doesn't "elevate" food simply because a white person cooked it. I've seen enough videos on YouTube of white people totally destroying food for me to ever trust any food that comes out of their homes (and why I do not trust potlucks.) I know how American black people cook. We all grew up with the same traditions of cooking and have some idea of hygiene and what NOT TO DO with raw food.

I just watched a video where a woman made some kind of meatloaf (using raw beef) by mixing the ingredients in the kitchen sink, where she washed her hands during the process! I was disgusted. When I was in college a young lady I lived with used to make ramen noodles in the worst possible manner, and the worlds worst cooks on YouTube are two white people, a man who puts mayonnaise in everything (and I do mean everything) and a woman who seemingly has no idea how food works. People can be disgusting with food, and a whole lot of them are the same white Americans asking if they can drink your country's water!

Apparently the water in the US isn't all that clean either since so many of us drink bottled water.
