Yeah, i have absolutely no intention of “bugging out” to the woods. As a black woman that’s probably the least safe place in the world for me. Imma stay here and help my neighbors and family take care of each other. PoC have done this since we got to this country. That’s not gonna change. It’s gonna be harder for the suburbanites because they’ve lived their entire lives according to the individual self-sufficiency model. They’re not gonna take care of each other. They’re gonna kill each other and steal what they need.
