With the exception of a handful of women of color (and only today), most of these women are middle and upper middle class and white, and they are the usually unreliable lot of well to do white women that only support causes that directly benefit them on a personal level and think every other woman has that same type of luxury.

Most Women of Color (Black and Latina women in particular ) never had any say about whether or not we worked outside the home, and we usually ended up working as maids and nannies for these tradwives.
