White supremacy has crafted so many nasty stereotypes and projections onto Black people that it doesn’t actually seem to matter what we do. We will always be taken to task for whatever we do by those people looking for any excuse to express their anti-blackness.

Sometimes, when nothing we do matters, all that matters is what we do.
