White people seem pathologically incapable of seeing the larger picture here. They keep trying to reduce the issue to individuals, instead of recognizing that it is a system-wide issue. This is not a matter of lone wolves, or bad apples. The entire system is bad, and some white people are absolutely determined not to face that.
