What immediately came to mind when using this criteria were all the female rage/revenge films like Carrie, Pearl, and The Love Witch, or movies like 28 Days Later where the "zombie" plague is caused by a drug called rage.

Not sure if any of these meet the criteria but thought I'd give it a try.
