Well, for one thing you can start writing down your thoughts on Medium! We need truth tellers in the world. You don't need formal training to do that, just being rational and compassionate is good for a start. I know it can look daunting to be a writer/content creator but I took the leap ten years ago and started my own blog on Wordpress. Medium is easier because you can build and audience more quickly, but on your personal blog you can speak as you please. Also Wordpress (and a couple others) are free.

Figure out what your goal is. Is it to tell the truth, express your feelings, or change minds, and challenge the status quo? Any one of those is a good place to start. My goals are usually to provide a different perspective on some issue, or help others feel less alone about what they think.
