We called them "Culture Vultures". The same children who will sit up on the platform and argue til their faces turn blue that people do not own the parts of the culture they're stealing and plagarizing without giving credit. Funny how it's the people most likely to engage in cultural thievery who are claiming that cultural appropriation doesn't exist!

Well, I guess they don't own it after white people have stolen it!
