This was well done.

I would love to see a follow up piece about how issues in Asian American societies, like crime and poverty among different Asian groups, is often erased or ignored because of this stereotype.

Asian Americans are not all of a piece and have issues and rivalries among each other. They are not the monolith, or unified in the way that this stereotype leads people to believe. They come from many different cultures, with many different histories, including their past treatment by white America.
