This is why I try not to use the word. People hear it and get distracted by it’s use. I prefer the term “ perks” , although that’s not accurate either. A better word would be prioritization, but then that still leaves this discussion on the table.

But I agree. This is something everyone should get and not offered based solely on a stranger’s perception of someone.
