This is what Im talking about on a local level. Its cheap sensationalist news that impacts no one's lives except for those directly involved, that will be repeated in every single news outlet nearby because the pictures look "great".

Just like every single local house fire, burglar alarm, and who got robbed, mugged, or arrested within a hundred mile radius, these are stories that only impact the lives of the people who are in them. They don't help me or or even most other people. Its just "content", reported to fill up time.

When I need to find important, often political, news, I have to actively go searching for it, and its actually hard to find!
