This is what I love about work-from-home arrangements. It doesn't matter when you sit down at the computer as long as the work is well done and on time. Ive heard from other Black people (and seen a few articles) about this too, of how much not being in an office setting all the time has impacted their wellbeing.
I don't have the kind of job that can be done remotely, (this job is not stressful, and the white people I work with tend to be egalitarian or are just behaving themselves) but if given the opportunity to WFH, I would jump at it.
