She saw the bigger picture of Western civilization, and our "white western civilizations" have ravaged and exploited the Global South (for the past 500 years) just to make a handful of men comfortable. All we are dealing with today is the culmination of this complete lack of regard, not just for human lives, but for the planet itself.
