This is so incredibly important today. Right now we have an entire Internet culture that when someone makes a gaff or mistake whole boards of strangers will pile on to denigrate them and take out their personal frustrations. It's incredible. No one offers praise online unless it involves how much harm was caused or for killing someone!
Moments of kindness and forgiveness do matter, especially for those who regularly receive nothing but harmful intent from others.
