This! I reached this conclusion somewhere in my twenties. I simply thought I was average, and that I knew pretty girls. Pretty didn't save them from a lot of problems and issues that missed me, like the ones you mentioned here. In fact, their prettiness seemed to attract some of the worst people and problems I never had to think about. I figured it was both a gift and a curse.

There are plenty of people who will treat people well and give them the benefit of the doubt based on looks, but it attracts some of the lowest and meanest people too.
