These are not the kinds of people who have eer been good with change. They have lived in environments where they've experienced few major changes in their lives, and I think most of them have lead somewhat comfortable lives. They see the changes coming. Changes that are inevitable. I think they see their mortality and lack of legacy (in some cases) and are not simply scared. They are terrified. They can see eternity in their rearview mirror. Unfortunately when people like that get scared they think to fix or control their self-inlficted problems by harming everyone else.
