There's also the idea that these men are allowed to learn things while they are on the jobs (because bias) while women and PoC have to already have knowledge they couldn't possibly have had access to before even being considered for jobs that white men will be training in.

It's not that talent is lacking, neither is intelligence and courage in these groups. What is lacking is the knowledge that white men either already had the opportunity to possess, or access, and will be given the benefit of the doubt to be trained in because they seem "promising".
