The surest sign to me that inflation was going down was the price of eggs dropped. Remember when a dozen eggs were allot 3 or 4 dollars? I can get a dozen eggs for about 1.50 now which to me is a good sign. Prices on some stuff is still pretty high (paper towels and toilet paper for example) but a lot of food has dropped in price.
