The “routine stop” gives the police an excuse to interact with us. By removing it, you remove many of the excuses used to terrorize and bully us! Bullies seek out reasons to bother their victims, or come up with bs excuses for why, and that’s often what the police do. I’m all for removing any need, or want, of them to interact with us.
