The perpetrator does not get to decide whether or not they caused harm! You don’t step on my foot multiple times and then tell me it either didn’t happen or that it did but that it didn’t hurt! What’s to understand about that? I’ve seen this happening a lot too. White people doing racist sht and then declaring what they did wasn’t racist. It’s pure narcissism. It’s ego stroking!

These people always, and I do mean ALWAYS end up defining racism in a way that absolves them of having engaged in it! Racism is NEVER something they’re doing or contributing to, and that’s if they think it exists at all!
