The only way I can see the stay at home girlfriend thing working out is if she's stockpiling money, goods, jewelry and other expensive items somewhere he can't get to, or doesn't know about. If she's at least trying to be reasonably intelligent about it and thinking ahead to a time (when she's no longer hot and 25) when he doesn't want her (death or desertion) then that's just prudent planning.
