The man is 78 years old. I don’t want to come across as ageist (I’m five years away from early retirement at 57!) but sh*t like this is the reason the retirement age is 12 years younger than him! He has loooong overstayed any welcome he once had. He needs to take his mentally inert old ass somewhere with a nice view, sit the f*ck down, shut up about the job, and spend time dangling his grandchildren on his knee before he shuffles off this mortal coil. He needs to quit meddling.
