That is of course the very point of destroying the educational system. In the past twenty years they've seen a lot pf progress in women and poc getting into higher education and they've been attacking that for some time now by telling people its not worth it to get one. But that didnt work and marginalized people know their future resides in getting educated, and we are not giving that up any time soon, so their only other option is to destroy our ability to get there at all.
I very much suspect that its a tactic that's going to backfire. Its their children who will be unprepared for the future, but when has hurting themselves ever stopped them from doing something, if only they can see that their marginalized neighbor is worse off.....
