As a woman who thinks she is white (and wants to be the white people spokesperson) she doesn't get to decide what is and is not racism or harm. Its pretty funny how people who think they're white don't want to listen to PoC (the global majority) about what racism actually entails, and always seem to define racism as something which excludes their own behavior.

People cannot spend four hundred years stepping on someone's foot only to stop for one day, and declare that that person needs to relax because now they are no longer in danger of having their foot stepped on.

That right there is the reason they don't get a say in what harm or racism is. And if they don't experience it then they also don't get a say in how PoC respond to being treated like shit by people who believe they are white...like her!
