Republicans have been opposed to every single iota of progress Black Americans have attempted to make. Every single one! There’s not a damn thing a Republican can say to me to make me vote for them. I don’t love Democrats (they can catch some smoke too) but they’re at least not actively and sometimes violently malicious to people who look like me, and none of their rhetoric consists of saying some of the worst sht about Black people they can make up.
