Really! Here’s a great 5 pt. dance lesson for being in a club, anywhere in the world:

1. Raise your arms up in the air (it’s up to you how high and often depends how fast the music is. If the music is slow raise arms to about chest or shoulder height, or alternatively, put them around your partner’s waist).

2. Swivel your hips from side to side, in small circles, or small gyrations (fast or slow depends on the music and moving your feet is optional).

3. Bob or nod your head

4. Look at your partner (eye contact is important but don’t stare unless she is performing a move just for you).

5. Smile (look like you’re enjoying yourself).

There you go, you’re dancing!
You ain’t got to be Travolta, Swayze, Kevin Bacon, or anybody! Look like you’re having fun!
