Ooh, I have at least two of his anthologies: Dominion and Africa Risen. I better get to reading!

So far Ive been really enjoying a lot of the Int'l SciFi that has been released in the past four or five years from places like Taiwan, Africa, Brazil, and China. Its very different from Western European SciFi in a lot of ways.
