One thing all of these people seem to avoid mentioning in these discussions is that the police often do not know the history of the person they just shot. They usually don’t find out until after the shooting whether or not the person ever committed a crime, and people like that never seem to have an answer for those who have committed no crime, like the many children and women who have been killed by police. (It is interesting to know that the instance I know of where a white child was shot, nobody tried to come up with reasons why that child needed to die, unlike the way Tamir Rice was treated.)

For such apologists black lives actually are worthless and any murder of a black person by the police is justified simply because…they were black.
