One of the ways this can be done us eliminating the need for traffic stops altogether, and we'd be able to do so if traffic violations weren't so monetarily lucrative for a lot of cities. At the very least take the guns away from the kinds of cops dedicated to traffic stops, since they don't actually need them and the guns are nothing but an excuse to use them. Personally I'm all for ending all traffic stops which is something that can be done remotely. So what if someone's license and registration isn't in order. That's always been used as an excuse to terrorize black people.
