One of the many steps in dehumanizing others is to refer to them as contagious diseases.

My question is what does any of this have to do with her? What does she get out of this hatred of what others do with their own bodies other than attention and a paycheck? Or was that enough?

It just doesn't make sense to me to get this hateful towards something that has never and will never affect her personally. It's like being mad at people who get tattoos or earpiercings.
People modify their bodies all the time to please themselves so I simply do not get this transpanic/ mania sweeping the Western world at this time, except to know that some asshole is probably making money from it.
