One of my favorite authors, Tim Wise likes to say that racism is rich white men, telling poor white people, that their problems are caused by poor Black and Brown people.

This is, literally,rich white men, pointing their finger at other groups of people, with one hand, while picking white people’s pockets, with the other hand, and yelling, “They did it!”
