Once again, we can chalk that up to racism! At some point the government decided to pay for Public schools through property taxes. Since Black people were being redlined, and their properties devalued they knew this would result in poor public schools in Black neighborhoods!

About a good dozen of the horrible things she's crying about in that video are because white voters were convinced that Black people were taking advantage of something EVERYONE needed. They thought it was about race. No, race was just the carrot that was used to convince white people in the US, to shoot them selves in the foot, with the hope that Black people (and others) wouldn't be able to walk!
