Oh, trust me, Black people have defintiely noticed that! And we loudly call it out every single time we see that happen.

The iorny of course is that a lot of these schools have guards or metal detectors because the government had decideded that Black kids were the real danger even though they had very few school shootings in Black neighborhoods (it wasnt common back in the 90s and oughts). Most of them have occurred in white/mixed neighborhoods (the last one was something of an outlier).

Its a lot easier for shooters to move around in neighborhoods they know well. Barring the out and out racists (who have been trying to start a race war since the 60s) they usually shoot up schools near them, and even the out and out racists never go into the hood to shoot up the local trap house.

Most shooters seem to head directly to places they know for an abslute certainty their victims wil lbe unarmed (which does not seem to include places like the local Walmart which sells guns). A bunch of people gathered together in an enclosed space seems to be what they like to go for. Most of them seem to want a shooting gallery, not a place people can easily escape from. That's not how a war is fought.That's how a videogame is played!
