Not to derail this discussion, but this line, right here, struck me so hard! There are sooo many people who want this and can’t get it. I see so many parallels of this to Black lives, Trans lives, the disabled, etc. When you live on any vector of marginalization, there are so many people out there who simply won’t leave you alone, to mind your business, and I have never understood that.

The motivations may seem different, but the behavior looks exactly the same, which is disturbing people who are simply existing.
