More specifically, a total strangers idea of beauty. There are men in this world who really believe they should have some say over what you do to your own body based on their personal preferences.

I'm really glad you started asking questions though. I'm Black American, so we didn't go through this in school (or rather nobody bothered us about it), but I knew this was a huge thing for white girls, from the numerous (and I do mean numerous) TV ads!
