Its not so much that I hold grudges, so much as who they are and what they did becomes associated in my mind with their work, and absolutely cannot enjoy the work after that. I will still rock with Michael, but none of the others you mentioned, along with a number of comedians, actors, and directors whose work I can't watch,like Roman Polanski and Mel Gibson.
