It seems any kind of physical differences are fair game for the comedically mediocre. Looking for an easy subject to make fun of in the absence of actually having anything substantial to say? Well, just make fun of people's physical differences like being "too" short, or fat, or in one famous case I know of, too thin!

The world is huge and wide with so many sources of humor, so of all the things we could be poking fun at on this planet, why are we still choosing to mock people's physical appearance?
