It is the slave owner’s propaganda that enlists as many white people, as possible, into being the overseers. And/or perpetual guardians of Black people, with the constant observation, monitoring, and policing of, Black bodies, Black clothing, Black hair, Black culture and mannerisms.

Those white people who have a penchant for bullying, live right at home, in that philosophy! They always have a ready scapegoat, or whipping boy, or girl. Whenever they need an ego boost, to feel authoritative, or need a little emotional pick me up, then hey! why not call the police on a little black kid for selling water, question a Black man for trying to get into his own apartment, or confront a UPS worker for doing his job in your neighborhood?
