In the media I watch these ideas are not fringe at all, and many of the news anchors and opinionators I view are in favor of the indictments and all people getting proper healthcare, although you're right that these are majority opinions isn't being made clear enough. And we also forget that most Americans are not actually in social media. Most opinions don't get seen or heard there.

From what I can see though Conservatives, Magats, and Republicans have bullhorns. They are extremely loud and prolific on social media. Their mouths are wide open ALL day long, every day! They literally never shut up! The rest of us have things to do during the day but I've observed that people with regressive opinions got nothing but time on their hands to do nothing else but sit on social media, bully, and bloviate, to their heart's content.

Someone like you or me will sit down and write a thoughtful article or comment. They don't do that. They don't have to get thoughtful. All people like that have to do is react and type it out in less than a hundred characters. Those of us who do say something are usually doing so to directly counter their bullshit.

Twitter and Facebook are the greatest things that ever happened to people who don't believe in thinking through an issue.
