I’m not at all surprised by this, since projection is the Right’s bread and butter. They’ve always been about taking the worst traits of white supremacy (and those who uphold it), and laying those traits onto the backs of marginalized people.
Think of every nasty stereotype that has ever been applied to any other group of people, from Black people, to poor whites, to Mexican immigrants, to gay people, to women, and every one of the nasty traits can be traced back to their own behavior!
