Im gonna have to go with trump on this one because he made it okay for his followers to hate and even assault migrants in this country. He started his political run by demonizing Mexicans as criminals and rapists and has never stopped.

Frankly, I'm not happy with any of the presidents on this issue. Obama's record on deportation is just as bad as Bidens. Biden is bad but at least he isn't actively trying to get immigrants killed the way trump did. I guess it's a matter of degree which is worst.
