I’d like to add another if you don’t mind:

Another thing my white friends can do, is stick up for me, when they see me facing micro-aggressions, even if it’s from other friends, or their family. Don’t just be silent, because that sends the message that you condone what just happened, or are willing to let it pass, because you were not the target. I can speak for myself, but it’s still a tremendous feeling of relief, to know I have someone in my court, who is willing to corroborate the reality of what I just experienced, and who has my back, if someone decides to act a racist fool towards me.
