I would add literalism. As a child I was told I was very literal, but I didn't fully understand that comment until I was an adult. As a result I do struggle with humor sometimes.
I've learned, over the years, to tell from social and physical cues that someone is trying to be funny. Fortunately, I live in a culture where when people are trying to be funny they telegraph it very well. With white people (and other autistics) it can be hard for me to tell when they're telling a joke.
Sometimes this makes it hard to watch movies unless it's clearly Indicated by the plot and characters that it's comedy. Which is probably why I love slapstick and loony toons!r
