I wholeheartedly agree with all of this! There’s no shame in carefully curating your online experience. You do it in the real world, as much as you are able, so why is it shameful to do so online, especially when it’s so much easier? If you wouldn’t tolerate “discourse” with any random stranger who runs up to you on the street, why would you tolerate that in your online spaces?
