I try to remind myself of this often, and know this intellectually. If ALL white men were like this, there’d be none of us left alive. But it is difficult to do that, when the ones who are not, give those who are, a pass on their shitty behavior, never calling them out, never holding them to account.

It doesn’t need to be all white men to create a hell for those who aren’t. There just needs to be enough of them, while the rest of them stand by, doing, and saying, nothing.
