I took a moment to look up Horror movies based on joy or wholesomeness, and I came back with quite a number of movies, but what struck me was these movies were based on the premise that the environment seems perfectly normal and seemingly happy, except for the one thing that goes wrong (Get Out), environments and circumstances that looked safe but weren't (Speak No Evil), and movies that were cathartic and filled the viewer with joy because happy ending, even though the situation in the movie is pretty horrifying (Death Becomes Her and Ready or Not).
I'm not sure if this is the criteria you were looking for, but I thought Id give it a try, because I was intrigued by your question of what would Horror movies based on these other, more wholesome, emotions look like. I know there are plenty of Horror movies that are not based on grief and loss, but I couldn't immediately think of any Horror movies that seemed like they might be positive, like Shaun of the Dead.
