I think once again it's time to change our tactics of protesting! We've been using the same tactics for decades and the other side is well versed in what we're going to do and when. One tactic we changed which was effective was the creation of a leaderless movement. Without a leader, there's no one to target for assassination to stop the movement. I feel that was very effective when it came to BLM, although BLM didn't accomplish much because there was no concrete plan beyond protesting.
It's time to change our tactics again because occupation isn't working anymore. We need to stay on our toes and switch up our tactics because the authorities were trying to influence will come up with ways to counter them (usually involving violence.) We need to create a tactic (probably multiple tactics at once) that violence doesn't work on, since what we've seen so far is violence (and the passing of laws) seems to be the tactic the authorities prefer to use.
We know what they're going to do since it's the on,y thing they know how to do. We need a way to use that knowledge on our behalf.
