I propose that two of the ideas which need to be implemented and are somewhat easier to impement than others is making voting mandatory(with a consequent investment in places for voting, voting by mail, etc.)

Okay, I don’t know how well received the above idea would be, but another proposal is making voting a National holiday, that way, most people would be off work that day. I think it should definitely be given as much importance as Labor Day, or Memorial Day.
